How do I get my Starlink installation through Shire Telecom?
STEP 1: Contact our office on 03300 883122.
STEP 2: If you have already bought Starlink equipment and just need an install, we can give you a quote over the phone. We can also quote you for any WIFI boosting or additional internal equipment that you may need.
STEP 3: If you haven’t bought Starlink equipment yet, we can assist you with this. Alternatively, we can also show you other products & services that are available in your area that may also be cheaper!
STEP 4: Once you know when your Starlink equipment is being delivered, call us back so we can arrange your installation. Our professional engineers install all the external and internal components. We can also provide you with WIFI boosters for in and around your property.
If you already have a broadband grant approved please make sure to let our office know and we will factor this in.

Starlink’s user terminals can be easily installed and moved, even within extremely rural locations – you just have to make sure you’ve reconfigured your dish and updated your service address.
